Discussion and possible action of a MOU between The City of Norman, City of Moore, and Cleveland County Sheriff's Office for the 2025 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award. Cleveland County Sheriff's Office would be awarded $5,546.00, The City of Norman would be awarded $35,325.00, and The City of Moore would be awarded $14,585.00. Cleveland County Sheriff's Office will be using the awarded funds towards either a mobile fingerprint identification system, surveillance equipment, and or first aid/emergency medical kits.
