Discussion and possible action regarding the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (OLETS) and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office terminal agreement. This agreement is hereby drafted to satisfy the requirements of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and to specify the responsibilities and rights of both DPS and the terminal Agency in operating the OLETS Network.
