Discussion and possible action regarding Copier Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Health Department and Standley Systems, effective July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The following copier at The Well will be covered under the Copier Maintenance Agreement: .008 per black/white copy and .045 per color copy for (6) Ricoh IM C4510 copier, (4 in Norman, 2 in Moore) .019 per black/white copy and .096 per color copy for (7) Ricoh IM C401 copiers (5 in Norman, 2 in Moore) Monthly Base Rate will be $1,931.54 per month. This agreement is to replace the existing agreement in place as the existing agreement had incorrect monthly pricing.
