Discussion and possible action to approve a Contract between Cleveland County Health Department and Jamie Belknap to provide Line Dancing, Children's Oral Health, and Substitute Instruction at The Well. The Health Department will pay $30 per class at The Well. The contract is to be effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
