Discussion and possible action of the renewal School Resources Officer ("SRO") agreement between Mid-America Christian University (MACU) and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). As compensation for SRO services, MACU shall pay to CCSO $280,000 annually as well as provide a 25' x 60' (1,500 square feet) substation building space and additional amenities and benefits. The term of this Contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will terminate June 30, 2027. This contract may be renewed annually upon mutual agreement of the parties. CCSO will provide coverage for regular scheduled SRO deputies if training or conference is necessary during those hours.
