Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of declaration of surplus 177 Glock 17 pistols and 165 Trijicon RMR's as surplus property, for the purpose of trading them in towards the purchase of 110 new Glock 17 pistols and 110 Trijicon RMR's from GT Distributor's under state contract pricing. This request is part of the Sheriff Assistants Grant previously approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The Sheriff Assistants Grant application received BOCC approval on August 18, 2025, followed by approval of the Sheriff Assistants Funding Agreement on December 8, 2025.
