Discussion and possible action regarding addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The purpose of the addendum is to implement the requirements outlined in 74 O.S. 2011, Section 151.1, Section 2B. This law authorizes the Direct of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to enter into local cooperative agreements with local law enforcement agencies for the purpose of appointing Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) affiliate Task Force Agents to assist the ICAC Unit of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
