Discussion and possible action regarding 718 N. Porter. Tenant kept having sewer smells and maintenance couldn't find the source. Bob Usry & Sons were contacted and they did a smoke test on the entire building. They located several leaks and repaired them. Invoice for labor and material $1,413.50
