Discussion and possible action regarding - Approve request to apply for the Recreational Trails Program through the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to support Phase II of the Lake Thunderbird trail improvements. This phase adds a session zone and strider track at the trailhead to expand user access and support skill development for riders of all ages. Approval is requested for the County to submit the application and for leadership to sign the required Project Sponsor Certification and Land Manager Certification.
