Couch Juvenile Service Center Project) Series 2021 as authorized and required under the Arbitrage rebate Agreement between the Authority and BancFirst, as Trustee Bank, and authorizing the Chair to take any actions and execute any documents and professional service agreements necessary to effect the foregoing.
