Discussion and possible action regarding - Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH) and/or Children's Recovery Center (CRC), in the event of a disaster which damages either facility and precludes their ability to maintain a safe habitable environment for persons housed there, GMH and CRC will be allowed to use the Cleveland County Fair Grounds to temporarily house individuals (for a period not to exceed 30 days unless agreed to by both parties) until repairs can be made to GMH or CRC or the individuals can be transferred to other Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services facilities. GMH and CRC to provide staff, supervision and security and will reimburse the Cleveland County Fair Grounds for all utiliites during the period used. Effective date January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
