Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution Authorizing and giving final approval to the Board of County Commissioners of Cleveland County Oklahoma to sign off on, approve and confirm a public hearing as required by the Tax Equity and Fiscal responsibility Act (TEFRA) relating to the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority (Authority) Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds in one or more series of a total aggregate amount not to exceed $27,000.000.00 on a taxable and/or tax-exempt basis and authorizing and giving final approval of the Authority to issue Bonds as are herein fully described as is required by the provision of 60 0.S. Section 176(E); ratifying certain action heretofore taken; authorizing the officers to execute any and all documents relating thereto; and authorizing approval of the Authority to issue certain obligations as are herein fully described; ratifying all action taken by resolution on August 25, 2025.
