Discussion and possible action regarding Letter of Understanding issued by American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus (Aflac) to Cleveland County (Reimbursement Recipient) effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 and shall replace and supersede all other compensation arrangements, understandings and agreements for provision of account management for the County’s Employee Flexible Spending Account and the Health Savings Account.
