Discussion and possible action regarding the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority, County of Cleveland, State of Oklahoma (the "Authority") to implement a single family mortgage revenue bond program with the County of Cleveland, Oklahoma (the "County") in furtherance of its trust purposes and to aid the citizens of the County and authorizing related action thereto and authorizing utilizing private activity volume cap and making application for private activity volume cap as necessary.
