Discussion and possible action regarding Cleveland County Economic Development Coalition contract for services to serve in an advisory and consulted role in support of the County's economic development objectives, twelve (12) month term, renewable automatically unless terminated with 90 days notice, subject to the appropriation of funds by the County. The Authority agrees to invest the sum of $1.00 per capita, based on the latest Census Bureau Projection, for a total amount of $303,952.00, subject to annual approval and appropriation as well as Census Bureau updates every other year.
