- Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-22R APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE TRUST INDENTURE CREATING THE CHICKASHA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY DATED AUGUST 16, 1993; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDING ARTICLE III OF THE TRUST INDENTURE BY DELETING PART (H) SO AS TO REMOVE THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THE TRUST AND TO REPLACE PART (H) WITH PURPOSES TO ALLOW FOR THE PROMOTION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRY WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE BENEFICIARY MUNICIPALITY, AND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE INTENT TO BENEFIT AND STRENGTHEN THE ECONOMY OF THE BENEFICIARY AND THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDING ARTICLE VII (A)(2) OF THE TRUST INDENTURE TO PROVIDE THAT THE POWERS HELD BY THE TRUSTEES RELATING TO PROPERTY OF THE TRUST APPLIES TO REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE TRUST INDENTURE; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO.
