- Discussion, consideration and possible action to authorize an Irrevocable Agreement to Transfer Real Property with the Evie Jo Erwin 2012 Revocable Trust, providing for the transfer of the property to the Chickasha Municipal Authority (CMA) following the lease term and ensuring recognition of the Erwin Family’s contribution.
- Discussion, consideration and possible action to award the contract for the CMA-2501 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Matthews Trenching Co., Inc., in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars ($452,870.00) and authorize the Chairman to execute all necessary documents related to the project.
