Section 307 (B) (3) to discuss the purchase or appraisal of real property (Property <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr; font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted">located within the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 7 West, commonly referred to as the Chickasha Golf and Country Club</span>).
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept and approve "Amendment #2 to Lease Agreement dated November 1, 2021" with the Community Foundation Inc. for the use of premises relating to the Downtown Park and authorize the Chairman to execute the same.
