- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve and authorize a First Amendment to the Sales Tax Rebate Agreement dated February 16, 2015, between the City of Chickasha and Chisholm Trail Development, LLC, expanding the defined project area, and further providing for an increase in the maximum incentive and an extension of the rebate period contingent upon the achievement of specified metrics and the recruitment of retail establishments.
- Approval of Hangar Lease Agreement for use at the Chickasha Municipal Airport and authorization for the Airport Manager to sign on behalf of the City.
