- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve and authorize execution of a Construction Contract with Wynn Construction Co., previously determined to be the lowest and best bidder, for the Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project CMA-2023, and to approve and accept the accompanying Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond as required by the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act, 61 O.S. §§ 1 et seq.
