  3. Acceptance of the Minutes of the September 21, 2026, regular meeting.
  4. Accept and ratify Resolution No. 2026-27R — A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICKASHA, GRADY COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER UNEXPENDED AND UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE SAME FUND PURSUANT TO 11 O.S. § 17-215(A); ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
  5. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Authorization of Sole Source procurement for Utility Technology Services, Inc.
  6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the project design and authorize the Public Works Department to proceed with the ODEQ Permit-to-Construct application, Union Pacific Railroad Temporary Use of Right-of-Way application, and efforts to secure the necessary project easements.
  7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to authorize the Chickasha Municipal Authority to provide, as additional consideration for easements granted for the Grand Avenue Widening Project, the following improvements at the Quality Inn property located at 2101 S. 4th Street, owned by Mohammad Islam and Sadia Khan: two new twenty-four foot entrances on the south side of the property to be constructed before the existing Grand Avenue entrances are closed, a twenty-foot by twenty foot concrete pad for the existing trash bins, and a fifteen-foot by fifteen foot concrete pad for the existing storage shed, together with good-faith efforts to obtain written confirmation of continued access to the private road south of the property and coordination with the owners on construction plans affecting access; and to approve a Letter of Commitment to the owners memorializing those commitments and to authorize the Chairman to execute it.
  8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to accept a Permanent Right-of-Way Easement containing 0.26 acres, more or less, a Perpetual Utility Easement containing 0.10 acres, more or less, and a Temporary Construction Easement containing 0.09 acres, more or less, each located in part of the NW/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Grady County, Oklahoma, granted by Mohammad Islam and Sadia Khan, husband and wife, to the Chickasha Municipal Authority for the Grand Avenue Widening Project; to authorize payment of $140,000.00 to the grantors as consideration for the easements, in addition to the improvements authorized in the preceding item; and to authorize the Chairman to execute any documents necessary.
