- Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Wynn Construction Co., Inc.'s Application for Securities in Lieu of Retainage pursuant to 61 O.S. § 113.2 for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project (Project No. CMA-2303, FAP-23-0009-L), approve the related Securities Account Control Agreement and any other documents necessary to effectuate the substitution of securities for retained funds, and authorize the Chairman to execute all necessary documents.
