1. Acceptance of an Electronic Rights License Agreement with World Trade Press and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
2. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve an annual agreement with Jeffrey Wynn for grave excavation services at Rosehill Cemetery and Fairlawn Cemetery.
3. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Supplemental and Modification Agreement No. 1 to the Project, Maintenance, Financing, and Right-of-Way agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for the design and construction of the replacement trail around Shannon Springs Park with a total estimated cost of $1,999,440.00 with the City’s estimated portion of $533,127.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve a Master Agreement for Professional Services with Teim Design, PLLC, for engineering and design services, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
5. Discussion, consideration and possible action to enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2) to discuss negotiations concerning employees and representatives of employee groups (to discuss the status of negotiations between the City and FOP Lodge No. 129 relating to a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and FOP Lodge No. 129 for fiscal years 2026-2028 ).
6. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding matters discuss in executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2) regarding negotiations concerning employees and representatives of employee groups (Possible approval of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and FOP Lodge No. 129 for fiscal years 2026-2028 ).
7. Approve a Vendor Contract with the Grady County Fair and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to authorize the purchase of three (3) Ford Explorers (2026 & 2027 Year Models) for the police department, from Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon on State Contract Quote Numbers BW0Q1342 (1 patrol vehicle @ $45,910.00) and BW0Q1341 (2 admin/detective vehicles @ 43,263.75 X2) for a total of $132,437.50.
9. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve a sole source purchase with Standley Systems in an approximate amount of $144,425 for a citywide information technology infrastructure upgrade, including replacement of servers, modernization of the City's network and computer systems, migration to current Microsoft platforms, Windows 11 workstation upgrades, improved connectivity between City facilities, and enhanced cybersecurity protection and monitoring, and authorize the Mayor to execute the necessary documents.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Task Order #1 with Freese and Nichols, Inc for professional design services for a multi-use pavilion in Shannon Springs Park for $119,950.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
