4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve a Facility Use Agreement with Chickasha Youth Soccer Association to utilize the Sports Complex for the Fall 2026 Youth Soccer League for a fee of $300.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
5. Discussion, consideration and possible action to enter into Executive Session to discuss negotiations concerning employees and representatives of employee groups pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307B(2) to discuss the status of negotiations between the City and IAFF Local Lodge No. 2041 for a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Chickasha and IAFF Local Lodge No. 2041 for the fiscal years 2026-2028.
6. Discussion, consideration and possible action to authorize the upfitting of 25 police vehicles with iPad stands, and supporting equipment for a total amount of $54,835.35 from DANA Safety Supply, Inc. through State Contract.

14. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to allow a temporary street closure of the 100 to 400 blocks of Chickasha Ave. on September 19, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a fund-raising event to benefit Adult Special Olympics and waive any associated fees.
