Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Work Order No. 10, Amendment No. 1 to the Master Agreement for Professional Services with Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection, PLLP, for City of Chickasha Project No. 2376.(surveys around Chickasha Inn for Grand Avenue Expansion) for an amount of $81,683.00.
3. Acceptance of the Claims List.
4. Acceptance of the Financials for August 2026.
5. Acceptance of the Minutes of the September 8, 2026, regular meeting.
6. Approve and authorize the declaration as surplus of withdrawn and donated books held by the Chickasha Public Library, waive competitive bidding pursuant to Code of Ordinances Section 2-219(d), and authorize the transfer of said items to the Friends of the Chickasha Public Library, contingent upon the items and all proceeds from their sale or distribution being used solely for the benefit of the Chickasha Public Library.
7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to accept or rejection of bid(s) for agricultural leases for the following:<br data-pasted="true">Tract 1 - 90 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.<br data-pasted="true">Tract 2 - 1, 400 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.<br>Tract 3 - 1,718 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.
8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(3), to discuss the possible acceptance of bid(s) following notice of public sale and public auction for agricultural leases for the following:<br>Tract 1 - 90 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.<br data-pasted="true">Tract 2 - 1, 400 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.<br>Tract 3 - 1,718 acres more/or less -- of land in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to authorize the submission of an application to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Lake and Recreational Access Road Program for the Lake Chickasha Access Road Project and authorize the appropriate City officials to execute all necessary application documents.
10. Authorization to approve Resolution No. 2026-25R to authorize the publication of public sale and public auction pursuant to 64 O.S. Section 1081 and 1082 for oil and gas mining lease(s) for oil and gas development covering the real properties in Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 7 West Grady County, Oklahoma and more specifically set forth in the Resolution
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to hold the public sale and public auction for agricultural lease(s) covering real properties located in Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, known as Lake Chickasha Recreation Area.
