1. Discuss and/or take action on authorizing staff to proceed with awarding the construction contract for a 160’ x 65’ multi-use concrete pad at Washington Irving Park to the lowest and best bidder, Stress Con, in the amount of $67,000.00.
2. Consider and/or approve Amendment No. 1 to Beck Design's agreement to add engineering services for the Dawes Building renovation in the amount of $17,600.
3. Discussion, consideration, and possible vote to approve Resolution No. 2025-19, pertaining to Comprehensive Plan Amendment Case No. BXCP-25.02, involving approximately 151 acres, to amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map designation for the subject property from Industrial and Commercial to Commercial.
