3. Discuss and/or take action on awarding a contract to Diversified Civil Contractors for the 111th Street Roadway Improvements Project from South 86th East Avenue to Mingo; Diversified Civil Contractors submitted the lowest and best<br>bid of $1,066,668.00.
4. Discuss and/or take action on awarding a contract to Magnum Construction for the Bentley Park Improvements Project; Magnum Construction submitted the lowest and best bid of $1,997,644.00 for Bentley Park Playground and Pickleball/Sand Volleyball Courts.
5. Public Hearing providing for presentation of proposed terms of Amendment to City of Bixby Tax Increment Financing District No.1, and providing for questions from the public related to the same, Agenda item to be presented by Stephen Oakley, Bixby Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Consultant.
6. Consider and/or take action to approve Amendment No. 1 of the Agreement with Benham for additional improvement alternatives to the technical memo detailing design options for the 2021 Bond Project - Mingo Road (from 111th Street to 101st Street); total cost is $19,801.00.
7. Consider and take any necessary action resulting from the discussion among the City Council and its attorney pertaining to a potential to economic development, including the creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate within Bixby.
8. Motion to enter into Executive Session: a. Pursuant to 25 OS 307(B)(4), consider convening in executive session to receive confidential communication from the City Attorney concerning the following pending investigations, claims, and litigation, and take appropriate action in open session:Bixby Farms Company v. City of Bixby, not yet filedHoey Construction Company v. City of Bixby, Oklahoma Case No. CJ-19-3778, Tulsa County District Court b. Pursuant to 25 OS 307(C)(11), consider convening in executive session to confer on matters pertaining to economic development, including the creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate within Bixby, and take appropriate action in open session.
