- Consider and/or approve a Settlement Agreement between the City of Bixby and Hoey Construction Co., in connection with Tulsa County Case No. CJ-2019-3778, including authorization for the Mayor to execute the agreement and for payment in the amount of $750,000.00.
- Consideration and possible approval of Resolution No. 2026-11, a Resolution of the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, supporting the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Highway 67 (East 151st Street South) and future Oaktrust Drive, and authorizing the City to enter into a Project Agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the installation of the signal, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement.
- Consider and/or approve the purchase of a Draxxon DX-1000 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Mobile Command Unit from Unmanned Vehicle Technologies, in the amount of $396,887.20, under Sourcewell contract pricing.
- Consider and/or approve Resolution No. 2026-9, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, supporting local farmers markets and community food assistance programs, including the Bixby Outreach Center, in order to promote access to healthy foods, strengthen the local agricultural economy, and support food security for residents; and providing for an effective date.
- Discussion, consideration and possible vote for approval of AIA Document A133-2019 Exhibit A, Amendment No. 1 establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the City of Bixby Police Building and Dawes Renovation Project with Miller Tippens, Construction Manager-at-Risk, in the amount of $5,384,031.87.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible vote on the Proclamation of Special Election and Notice of Election calling a special election on June 16, 2026, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified voters of the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, Proposition No. 1 concerning an amendment to the Bixby City Charter related to the appointment of the City Manager, as set forth in Ordinance No. 2550.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible vote on the Proclamation of Special Election and Notice of Election calling a special election on June 16, 2026, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified voters of the City of Bixby, Oklahoma, Proposition No. 2 concerning an amendment to the Bixby City Charter related to designating the City Treasurer as the officer responsible for all financial management functions, as set forth in Ordinance No. 2551.
