1. Discuss and/or approve an agreement relating to the Economic Development along 151st Street, Bixby, Oklahoma.
2. Consider and take action to ratify the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bixby and Tulsa County for participation in the mill and overlay road improvement project, previously approved on the Public Works Authority agenda on February 23, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City for the rehabilitation of Harvard Ave from 161st S to 151st S, located int the City of Bixby, Oklahoma.
3. Consider and take action to ratify the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bixby and Tulsa County for maintenance and repair of roads and bridges under the jurisdiction of the City of Bixby and Tulsa County, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, previously approved on the Public Works Authority agenda on February 9, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City.
4. Consider and take action to ratify the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bixby and Tulsa County for participation in the mill and overlay road improvement project, previously approved on the Public Works Authority agenda on February 23, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City for the rehabilitation of Harvard Ave from 111th & S Garnett, located int the City of Bixby, Oklahoma.
5. Consider and take action to ratify the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bixby and Tulsa County for participation in the mill and overlay road improvement project, previously approved on the Public Works Authority agenda on February 23, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City for the rehabilitation of Harvard Ave from 131st & S Garnett, located in the City of Bixby, Oklahoma.
6. Consider and take action to ratify the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bixby and Tulsa County for participation in the mill and overlay road improvement project, previously approved on the Public Works Authority agenda on February 23, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City for the rehabilitation of Harvard Ave from 121st & S Garnett, located in the City of Bixby, Oklahoma.
7. Consider and/or approve Amendment No. 1 to the City Attorney Contract for legal services with Hammons, Hamby & Price.
8. Consider and/or possible action to enter into a contract with CBEW Professional Group, LLC for the FY-26 audit in the amount of $10,700 (General Fund portion)
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2026-12, a Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment (Case No. BXCP-25.03) amending the City of Bixby Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the designation from Rural Agriculture to Medium-Density Residential for approximately 69 acres of unplatted land located at 16600 S. Mingo Road, Bixby, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
