2. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of six (6) Ford vehicles in the amount of $358,741.48 to Bill Knight Automotive through Oklahoma State Contract SW0035.
3. Consider and/or possible action to enter into a contract with CBEW for the FY-26 audit in the amount of $10,700 (BPWA portion).
4. Consideration and approval of purchase of a VacHunter Combo 3300 Single Tank Vactor Truck in the amount of $388,667.50 from Texas Underground/Pipehunter through State Contract
5. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of a Kubota SSV Skid Steer Loader with No-Flat Tires in the amount of $61,155.93, to Stewart martin Equipment Company through Sourcewell Contract 2948852
6. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of Western Star 47X Dump Truck with snow plow & spreader in the amount of $325,573.01 to the company Industrial Truck Equipment (I.T.E.) through Sourcewell Contract #062222-VCM.
7. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of an Asphalt Patch Truck in the amount of $292,010 from PB Loader Corporation for minor patching of streets and transportation infrastructure through Sourcewell Contract 050625-PBL.
8. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of a snow plow and spreader attachments for dump truck in the amount of $56,450.00 to Industrial Truck Equipment through the Sourcewell Contract #062222-VCM.
9. Consideration and/or approval of the purchase of an Envirosight pipe inspection camera system, for the use of water and stormwater inspections in the amount of $153,404.43 to Envirosight under Sourcewell Contract #120721-EVS.
10. Consideration and possible approval authorizing Mayor to approve an agreement with Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. (HUB Engineer) to serve as Engineer of Record for the City of Bixby's portion of the Spartan Creek Development Project in the amount of $144,300 for the design of water line, sewer line and appurtenances to serve the Spartan Creek development area.
11. Consideration and possible approval authorizing Mayor to approve an agreement with Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. (HUB Engineer) for the design of the Bixhoma Lake Road 12" Water line Replacement in the amount of $105,000 for the design of installation of 5,600 LF of water line and appurtenances to replace the existing water line located in the Leonard service area.
12. Consideration and possible approval authorizing Mayor to approve an agreement with Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. (HUB Engineer) for the design of the Sheridan Water line extension to 141st Streeet in the amount of $69,100 for the design of installation of 2,800 LF of 12" water line and appurtenances to improve services in the North Sheridan service area.
13. Consideration and possible approval authorizing Mayor to approve an agreement with Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. (HUB Engineer) for the design of the Leonard Service Area Water Line Replacements Phase 2 in the amount of $345,000 for the design of installation of 10,200 LF of 8" water line, 31,100 LF of 6" water line, and appurtenances to replace the existing water line located in the Leonard service area.
14. Consideration and approval of purchase of three (3) bypass pumps in the amount of $108,014.23 each for a total cost of $324,042.69 from United Rentals, Inc. ​
