- Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement with Olsson for consulting services to assist the City of Bixby with the update of its Comprehensive Plan and development of a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
- Consider and approve the purchase of six (6) replacement police vehicles to replace high mileage 2019 and older vehicles in the amount of $341,000 from state contract vendors. The funding was approved as part of the current fiscal year budget.
