- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2026-12, a Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment (Case No. BXCP-25.03) amending the City of Bixby Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the designation from Rural Agriculture to Medium-Density Residential for approximately 69 acres of unplatted land located at 16600 S. Mingo Road, Bixby, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
