1. Discuss and/or approve the annual renewal of the agreement for animal shelter services between the City of Bixby and the City of Coweta for one (1) year with no change in rates.
2. Discuss and/or take action on awarding the contract to Cherokee Pride Construction for the CIRP Phase II Project; Cherokee Pride Construction submitted the lowest and best bid of $364,812.00.
3. Consider and/or approve professional service agreement and purchase order to Crawford and Associates for FY-26 Financial Statement preparation and accounting assistance as needed in the amount of $25,000 (General Fund portion).
4. Consider and/or approve the purchase of the live fire training building from Lonestar Tactical Buildings, LLC, for the amount of $206,127.15.
