1. Consider and/or take action on awarding a contract to D-Kerns Construction, Inc. for the Leonard 145th Water Line Replacement Project. D-Kerns was the lowest responsive bidder and should be considered for the award of the contract in the amount of $955,418.00.
2. Consider and take action on awarding a contract to Diversified Civil Contractors for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Stanley Storm Drain project from Needles to McKennon along Parker Avenue in the amount of $220,493.00, based on the lowest and best bid received.
3. Consider and take action on ratifying the Agreement between the City of Bixby and Jacobs for Professional Engineering Services related to the 126th Street Lift Station Improvements project in the amount of $197,942.00, previously approved by the Bixby Public Works Authority on May 11, 2026, to clarify approval by the governing body of the City of Bixby.
