- Discuss and/or approve the annual renewal of the School Resource Officer (SRO) contracts between the City of Bixby Police Department and Bixby Public Schools, including the shared salary costs for four (4) School Resource Officers. Salary costs will be shared at a 50% City / 50% Bixby Public Schools rate for two (2) officers and an 82% Bixby Public Schools / 18% City of Bixby Police Department rate for two (2) officers.
- Discuss and/or approve an agreement with Benham Design, LLC for engineering design services related to the Mingo Road Widening from 101st to 111th Street; proposed fee for total amount of $1,103,536.00; engineering design services will proceed upon approval.
- Consider and/or approve the ratification of Amendment No. 1, including all attachments, to the agreement with Beck Design for architectural services related to the Dawes Building Office Renovation Project. Amendment No. 1 was previously approved by the City Council on August 25, 2025, in the amount of $17,000.00. This item is presented solely for ratification of the complete Amendment No. 1 agreement with the correct attachments. No additional funding is being requested, and no changes have been made to the previously approved amendment amount or terms.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible vote for approval of an emergency contract for the replacement of a structurally compromised culvert bridge located on South Mingo Road, between East 161st Street S and E 171st Street South, in the amount of $200,630.00 to Diversified Civil Contractors with a 6' x 4' Reinforced Concrete Box, new headwalls, and full repave.
- Consider approval of the purchase of approximately 0.73 acres of property located on the south-west corner of East 167th Street (U.S. Highway 64) and 2nd Street, further identified as tax parcel 57550-74-27-01170, in the amount of $170,000. Council previously authorized staff to proceed with negotiations regarding the potential purchase of this property on July 9, 2026.
