- Discuss and/or take action based on the confidential communication received during the Executive Session concerning the pending claim of Joey Wiedel.
- Pursuant 61 OS Section 130, discuss and take possible action to declare all public construction contracts related to the City of Bixby Reserve at 151 Waterline Relocation and Replacement Project as an emergency from which the public health or safety is endangered, and waiving the notice and bid requirements for all such contracts, in a cumulative amount not to exceed $500,000 without further approval of the City Council.
- Motion to enter into Executive Session: a. Confidential communications and discussions among the City Council and its attorney concerning the pending claim of Joey Wiedel, including receiving confidential communication from the City Attorney regarding the claim, and taking any necessary action in Open Session. Authority: Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307.B.4.
