  3. 2843 Canterbury Lane (VAR-49-26) - To permit the construction of a deck that encroaches into the rear yard setback and is up to 8.2 feet above grade, in lieu of the two-foot limit.
  4. 4170 Waddington Road (VAR-46-26) - To permit the retention of a six-foot-tall wood privacy fence located entirely within a 20-foot wide planting strip adjacent to Reed Road, encroaching 40 feet into the Reed Road front yard and exceeding the 42-inch height limit, matching all others on the west side of the street. [A Fence Permit was issued for the property, but did not include this segment, which is a replacement of an existing chain-link fence.]
  5. 1532 Trentwood Road (VAR-44-26) - ​To allow the retention of a three-foot tall black wrought iron railing installed without a permit and projecting up to 32'-6" into the 40-foot front yard.
  6. 1620 Berkshire Road (VAR-47-26) - To permit an attached patio shelter to project an additional 5'-10" into the rear yard setback, beyond the six-foot allowance, and to increase the height of a proposed detached garage from 17 feet to 22'-3", with its rear elevation floor plate height increased from 9'-6" to 16'-8".
  7. 4190 Greensview Drive (VAR-42-26) - To increase the height of a detached habitable structure (home gym) from 10 feet to up to <s>15'-6"</s> <u>13'-4"</u> and allow it to encroach up to 29'-2" into the 40-foot rear yard setback. [Postponed from July 15, 2026 BZAP hearing.]
