- 2225 Yorkshire Road (#26-4443) - Informal review of a detached garage that results in four bays facing the street, which is prohibited, and of a circular driveway which results in greater than 25 percent front yard development coverage along Oxford Road.
- 3272 Mountview Road (VAR-57-26) - To permit the retention of a 4'-2" tall, above-ground swimming pool that was installed without a permit. The swimming pool encroaches up to 5'-6" into the 10-foot side yard setback. There are also two recreational structures, when only one is permitted. [Postponed from September 16, 2026 BZAP hearing.]
