- 14 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration for the Safe Streets for All Grant; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in the amount of $542,170 for fleet vehicle safety planning and demonstration; authorizing the expenditure of 39,770 for the match portion of the grant; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and enter into necessary contracts for the Safe Streets for all Grant, and declaring an emergency.
