From: Councilman Martinez Response Requested: ASAP With regard to assessing nuisance properties or setouts- how do we notify the owners? What mail service will be used, and will it be sent to the property address or the owner's address on record with the auditor's office? Additionally, will we clear or wipe out fees if a new owner buys the property?
