Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) through the H2Ohio fund for purposes of the Hill Ditch stream restoration project at Bandore Park; authorizing the Mayor to accept, deposit, appropriate and expend additional grant proceeds in the amount of $35,000 in the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for said project; and declaring an emergency.
