Bancroft St, by installing six (6) street lights; authorizing the annual cost of $834.30 for said improvement from the General Fund utilities account; authorizing the payment of $5,500.00 from the General Fund utilities account to Toledo Edison for a one-time installation cost; and declaring an emergency.
