Authorizing the Mayor to enter into cooperative grant agreement with and accept financial assistance from the Ohio Emergency Management Agency (OEMA) for construction of the Miami Street Embankment project; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds into the Capital Improvement Fund in an amount not to exceed $831,976; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts related to said project; designating an applicant agent for purposes of the grant application, agreement, and its requirements; and declaring an emergency.
