Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a real estate purchase agreement and execute and deliver all other needed instruments, including but not limited to an easement and reciprocal parking lot agreement with the Lucas County Board of Commissioners for the acquisition of the real property commonly known as the Lucas County EMS Annex Building located at 129 21st Street Toledo Ohio; authorizing the acceptance of any related personal property including, but not limited to emergency vehicles, office equipment, and any medical supplies and necessities related thereto; making certain findings with respect thereto; and declaring an emergency.
