Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a 2024 Community and Litter Grant Agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA); authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in the amount of $100,000 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the appropriation of $25,000 from the unappropriated balance of the Storm Water Utility Improvement Fund for grant-matching obligations; authorizing the acceptance, deposit and appropriation of fees collected; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this grant; and declaring an emergency.
