Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Bloomberg City Leadership Initiative grant agreement with the President and Fellows of Harvard College acting through the Bloomberg City Leadership Initiative; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant proceeds in an amount not to exceed $300,000 for the purpose of salary and benefits for a Bloomberg Harvard City Hall Fellow; authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documentation for the grants; and declaring an emergency.
