Authorizing the Mayor to accept and deposit additional grant proceeds into the Operation Grants Fund in the amount of $81,624 received from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and reducing grant proceeds into the Operation Grants Fund in the amount of $89,987 received from the United States Environmental Protection Agency; authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary agreements in connection with the grants; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said funds; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of supplies, equipment, vehicles, and other necessary items to carry out the terms of these grants; and declaring an emergency.
