  1. The City Council of Norwood will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.: On August 5, 2026, the Norwood Planning Commission held a public hearing to review a preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan for the proposed 2.2071-acre lot at 1907 Ross Avenue, Hamilton County Auditor ID 651-044-0035-00. The Norwood Planning Commission moved and approved to recommend that the Norwood City Council approve the attached preliminary PUD plans, dated received by the Norwood Building Department July 16, 2026, with the following understanding: <br> 1. The open space should be waived, 2. All murals are to be approved by the Norwood Arts Board 3. All landscaping is to be approved by the Norwood Tree Board 4. The gravel drive should be temporary for up to one year from issuance of the certificate of occupancy. 5. After one year the drive is to be paved. 6. The one year may be extended for an additional year if construction has started on the 3.6473-acre parcel. 7. The building height should be no higher than 55 feet above the finished floor at the peak, and the roof peak shall be a maximum of a 6/12 slope.
