Owner: Chuck Stella, 31684 Cook Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039.Proposal consists of constructing an addition to existing building for grooming facility. Property zoned B-3 Highway Commercial District.<br>PC ACTION: 5.14.2024 Tabled by a vote of 5-0 to next meeting in order to update plans. PC ACTION: 6.11.2024 Approved by a vote of 4-0 with the following conditions. 1. Six Arborvitaes be added to the plan for the dumpster enclosure. 2. The existing gravel drive on the east side of the property to be finished in either concrete or asphalt.
