1. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Delinquent Debt Collection Agreement with the Ohio Attorney General pursuant to R.C. 131.02 for the collection of delinquent debts owed to the City.
2. A Resolution authorizing the execution of Then and Now Certificates by the City Fiscal Officer and the payment of amounts due for various purchase orders.
3. A Resolution amending Resolution No. 2024-111 which accepted an ODOT subgrant to be used for the purchase of an expansion vehicle for the North Ridgeville Senior Center.
4. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase auxiliary equipment through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program for two (2) new International 7400 Chassis vehicles purchase by the City last year; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder(s).
5. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase a 2025 HV507 SFA International dump truck with plow and salt spreader for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder(s).
6. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase two (2) one-ton Ford F-550 dump trucks with plows and salt spreaders and accessories for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to Law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and bidder(s).
7. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville or his designee to purchase a Case 621G XR wheel loader and accessories for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidders(s).
8. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase a 2025 HV507 SFA International dump truck and accessories for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder(s).
9. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase a 2025 Ford F-350 4x4 utility body pick-up truck and accessories for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder(s).
10. An Ordinance amending Ordinance 2024-112 which authorized the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for the City Hall Improvements Project in order to increase the amount not to exceed to $510,000.
